Well friends. I realize my neglect to this blog. Frankly, when you work for a company who does amazing things on a daily basis you forget to update those who don't get to experience it!
Today, my dear ones, there are a few things I would like to update you.
First on the docket today I have Elizabeth Story for you. Check out the videos, sweet flash site, and the awesome cause Elizabeth, her family, MediaSauce, and Riley Hospital are working towards!
Second, USA Diving. How appropriate right... with the Olympics and such going on? Well we got to partner up with them, and its not over, but to create a site. It allows you to get to know the divers through reading info about them, their updated blogs, etc. You can leave messages for them. Pretty sweet site. Check it out & support USA Diving!
Last, but certainly not least, we have embarked in a partnership with Samaritan's Feet. If you are in my life semi-often you've heard me talk about this. I love Samaritan's Feet. They are a joy to work with, and fuels me in the morning. I am able to participate in giving people shoes around the world.
Their goal in the next 10 years is to give 10 million pairs of shoes to 10 million people around the world. I love Samaritan's Feet because they don't discount efforts here, in the states, and they are totally aware of the need overseas. We are redesigning their website currently, so what you see now & for the next two weeks is their old site.
But we are also helping in a campaign for World Walk.
Manny, who started Samaritans Feet, will be walking 300 miles. From Charlotte, NC to Atlanta, GA. This will be happening in October. You can follow the walk. Hopefully I'll make it down to the ATL to welcome our team. Otherwise I will help participate in the walk happening here. To raise awareness.
Anyway, they just got back from a Mission Trip in Lima, Peru. Check out the interview with IUPUI's basketball coach, Ron Hunter. He was on Mike & Mike in the morning on ESPN.
Needless to say MediaSauce is participating in changing the world. You should join!

Freakin' Sweet
Hey there- long time no post- well here is one for ya.
Want to study abroad? Do we have the program for you. Check Butler's Institute for Study Abroad. They have a variety of programs and you can go on super cool excursions.
Butler's Institute for Study Abroad
By far one of the coolest websites I've ever worked on. It touched every team member here - design, 3D, animation, video, sound, web, flash... it was awesome!

Junior Achievement Bowling
Ok kiddos- its time to pull your pennies together and give to a really cool organization & event. Which will also help in our bowling efforts here at MediaSauce!
We go beyond the creative, and use our "talent" :) to support our clients. Check out what Junior Achievement is all about here: JA
If you want to donate .$50 - $200 its welcome. Our team has to raise $1000. There are 10 of us. So if you could pony up a little extra dough, maybe go without coffee for one day, and help us support an awesome cause.
Look at this team... who wouldn't want them bowling for kids?!

THANK YOU!

Training Wheel Fire
As we await anxiously for our new site to launch, I thought I would wet your appetite and show you some other cool stuff going on around the sauce.
Here is some cool stuff..
IndyHub
Sweet Video Series You Don't Want to Miss:
Corporate Challenge
Not only are we doing cool stuff through business, our extracurricular activities are peeking interest as well. We have amazing artists beyond the talent working at the Sauce, we have musicians. Last night Tyler (our copywriter) played with his band: Training Wheel Fire - in a sweet show at Birdy's in Indy. There were over 150 who showed up, and following the show most left and didn't stay for the second band. MEANING... they came for them.
I ventured out into the cold to see my friends play, with my sister Laura Umbaugh, friends Shay & Katie. It was awesome to see so much support for a co-worker as we will continue to do. Laura was glad she went... finally! :)
Thanks for checkin' in on the happenings in Carmel.
peace out
